RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Responds to inbound customer service calls in a timely and professional manner

  • Collects and confirms proper customer information

  • Develop and present solutions to customer issues

  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company processes and policies to ensure proper exchange of information with customers

  • Assists Tier 1 Call Center in receiving proper Tier 2 support for customers

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in Customer Service

  • Fluent in both English & Spanish Language

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively

  • Excellent communication skills

  • MUST be able to work weekends
